 On Dec. 6, the Cherrywood Honor Guard will be honored for its service to the community and to the Veterans Club. Gerald Moscariello, leader of the Color Guard, and the members of the unit will be given Certificates of Appreciation for their many years of service and appearances at Memorial Day services; Veterans Day services and Honor Flight receptions.  A Treeof and for Angels

At the Nov. 12 meeting, a new name was chosen for the merged clubs. The new club will be named “Performing Arts Company of Oak Run.” A new board of directors was elected: president, Joseph Zaccaro, 1st vice president, Norma Poucher, 2nd vice president, Jerri Shorey, secretary, Sarah Schmidt, treasurer, Marlena Yaich, assistant treasurer, Linda Noel. Past presidents Cheryl Gaines of Way Off Broadway and Frank Porterfield of Little Theatre will serve on the executive board.
