ORMC ribbon-cutting

On Tuesday, Aug. 25, Ocala Regional Medical Center celebrated the opening of its 34-bed expanded intensive care unit with a ribbon cutting and tours of the new facility. This unit is part of a $30 million investment in response to the community’s growing need for critical care services. Additional projects to follow will include renovating cath lab recovery and post anesthesia care units and the creation of a dedicated six-bed cardiovascular intensive care unit for open heart patients.
