I have always thought of Christmas Wishes time as a good time; a kind, forgiving, charitable, pleasant time; the only time I know of in the long calendar of the year, when men and women seem by one consent to open their shut-up hearts freely.

The time of day is not as important to me as the chair issue. People should not be allowed to place any chairs out prior to the morning of the parade. The city should pick up the early placed chairs & dispose of them it looks trashy. If I was a visitor to Ocala the week before the parade & saw ALL those chairs on the side of the road I would not think very highly of the city. Just my opinion.
