The Marion County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests on the State Road 200 Corridor:

Rocky Maysonet, 39, of Northwest 61st Court, Ocala, was accused of retail grand theft at Walmart after allegedly taking a computer out the garden exit without paying for it.

Joseph N. Cangelosi, 59, was accused of simple domestic battery after an incident at his home in which he yelled at the victim, who was putting a scratch restorer on a car, that the victim was putting “poison” on his car.

Michael E. Love, 65, of Southwest 99th Circle, Ocala, was accused of aggravated domestic assault with a firearm after an incident at his home where, for a short time, he would not come out without a weapon.

Breeona Elizabeth Gaffney, 30, of Northeast 199th Street Road, Citra, was accused of petit theft and fraudulent use of a credit card after she allegedly took the card of a fellow employee at Hampton Manor and used it to pay her auto insurance bill.

Joshua Lee Bell, 18, of Southwest 65th Terrace, Ocala, was issued a notice to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia after three pipes used to smoke marijuana were recovered from his garage.

China Marlow Cooper, 29, of Northeast 4th Place, Ocala, was accused of unlawful sublease of a vehicle after she “sold” a car to someone, although the car was titled to someone else.

Patricia J. Murphy, 49, of Northwest 10th Place, Ocala, was accused of DUI, after being stopped at a checkpoint in the 4500 block of Southwest 60th Avenue on Friday. Her alcohol readings were .134 and .137.

Geoffrey Alan Cape, 32, of Southwest 85th Court, was accused of DUI and driving while license suspended or revoked after being stopped in the 8200 block of State Road 200 on March 23. He allegedly failed a field sobriety test and his alcohol readings were .088 and .086. Officials said his license had been suspended four times for failure to pay traffic fines.

John J. Tegtmeyer, 24, of Southwest 7th Street, Ocala, was accused of DUI after being found asleep behind the wheel at a gas station at the corner of highways 484 and 200. He allegedly failed a field sobriety test, and his breath results were .149 and .146.
